Because Bravon DigiHub provides custom digital services, refund eligibility depends on the work completed, agreed milestones, third-party costs and the project agreement.
Before work starts
If you paid a deposit and no planning, design, development, domain purchase, hosting setup, consultation or other work has started, you may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days of payment.
Milestone-based refunds
For projects delivered in stages, completed and approved milestones are generally not refundable. If a project is cancelled, any refund will be calculated based on the paid amount minus completed work, time spent, approved deliverables and non-refundable third-party costs.
Non-refundable costs
- Completed design, development, consultation, setup or support work.
- Approved project milestones or delivered files.
- Domain names, hosting, plugins, themes, software licenses, payment provider charges or other third-party expenses.
- Urgent work, same-day work or work started immediately after approval.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with your name, payment date, amount paid, project name, reason for the request and proof of payment. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
